These terms cover Oddmallow Studio's games and this website. Oddmallow Studio is run by Phong Le, an independent developer in Vietnam. By playing our games or using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Our games
Games downloaded from the App Store are licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it and do not replace it.
- Our games are free and may show ads. See the Privacy Policy.
- Do not cheat leaderboards, for example by modifying the game or its data. We may remove scores we believe were not earned fairly.
- We may update, change or stop offering a game at any time.
Third-party services
Our games use services run by others, such as Apple Game Center and Google AdMob, and ads may link to other websites or apps. Those services and sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Our content
The games, their art, music, sounds, names and logos, and this website belong to Oddmallow Studio. You may share screenshots and videos of yourself playing. Please do not copy or redistribute the games or their assets.
No warranty
The games and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do our best to keep them working, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of bugs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Oddmallow Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the games or this website, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will try to solve it informally. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with mandatory consumer protections, you keep those protections and may bring a claim in your country's courts.
General
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the "Last updated" date shown on this page, and continuing to play or use the website after that means you accept it.
