Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 November 2026
This policy explains what data Oddmallow Studio's games and this website collect, why, and the choices you have. "We" means Oddmallow Studio, run by Phong Le, an independent developer in Vietnam, who is responsible for your data. Contact: contact@oddmallow.com.
The short version
- Our games have no accounts and never ask for your name, email or location.
- Your scores are stored on your device.
- Games that show ads use Google AdMob, which collects data from your device to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it, you are asked first, and you can change your choice at any time.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not run our own analytics.
Data in our games
Stored on your device only
Your best score, and the few counters a game needs to work (for example, how many games since the last ad), are saved on your iPhone. Your ad consent choice is stored there too, by Google's SDK. We cannot see any of it. Deleting the game deletes it.
Cookies
Our games do not use cookies. The Google Mobile Ads SDK relies on the device identifiers described below instead.
Game Center (Apple)
If you are signed in to Game Center, a game may send your score to its leaderboard, where other players see it next to your Game Center nickname. Apple runs Game Center; we receive only what the leaderboard shows. See Apple's Privacy Policy. You can sign out in the iOS Settings app under Game Center.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Games with ads use the Google Mobile Ads SDK. To show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may collect:
- device identifiers: the advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking) and the identifier for vendors (IDFV);
- your IP address, from which an approximate location can be derived;
- information about the ads you see and tap, and how the app is used around them;
- crash and performance data from the SDK.
Google processes this data under its own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.
Your choices
- Tracking (iOS): the game asks once whether it may use your advertising identifier. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", ads are not personalised with it. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: before any ad is shown, Google's consent form asks whether your data may be used for personalised ads. If you decline, the game may still show non-personalised ads.
- US state privacy laws: where they apply, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your data for targeted advertising.
- Changing your choice: where consent or opt-out applies, a PRIVACY link appears on the game's home screen and reopens Google's form.

oddmallow.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and loads nothing from other websites. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Emails you send us
If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed for support.
Security
We keep what little we hold, which is support emails, in an access-protected mailbox and share it with no one. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Legal basis (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
Personalised advertising relies on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time as described above. Non-personalised ads, fraud prevention and keeping the game working rely on our legitimate interest in offering a free, ad-supported game.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its use, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We hold no personal data about you in our games ourselves; for data collected by Google or Apple, use their tools linked above. For anything else, write to contact@oddmallow.com.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you are a parent and believe your child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its "Last updated" date.
